I’ve always paid too much attention to what people wear.

I’ve always wanted to know why.
Why a jacket can make you feel brave.
Why the right outfit changes how you move through a room, how much space you take up, how much you say before you’ve said a word.
And I still don’t have a tidy answer.
So this is where I put it. This page is my fashion work: the projects, the things I’m learning, the things I’m still in the middle of. The Mess of My Mind is the biggest one, and most of it isn’t here yet. I’d rather build it where you can see it than wait until it’s tidy and pretend it arrived finished.
The Rebellion.
The Armour.
The Language.
The pieces that stop me. The designers doing something no one else is. The way an outfit ties itself to a song, a city, a version of you you’re trying to become. This is the archive. Still learning, still adding to it, still working out what I think. Some of it is history, some of it is me thinking out loud.
